Who are members?
Our members are single professionals ranging from 35 - 55 years of age who enjoy
dining out and similar activities.
Is this a dating or matchmaking group?
No - we are not a dating group nor do we attempt to do any matchmaking. All of us are
just singles who enjoy dining out and meeting other singles. Although friendships do
develop among members and may lead to more!
How much does it cost to join?
Dues are annual:

Are there events outside the upper NJ shore area?
We hope to schedule events outside the shore area as there is so much to enjoy
nearby: New York City, Philadelphia, Atlantic City, New Hope....just to name a few! The
group is new so we hope to add events in these areas in the near future.
How do I join?
Just click on JOIN at the top of the page and fill out the on-line application. Then send us
a check for your dues. You will be directed to a page with our mailing address.
How do I attend an event?
When an event is scheduled it will be posted on our Calendar page. Contact us via email
or phone to register for the event. Advance payment may be required for some events, or
you can pay cash when you arrive at the restaurant. You will receive an email or return
call confirming your registration.
What is the cost for events?
This varies with each restaurant. Most events will have a set price that includes a full
meal: appetizer, entree, dessert, one glass of wine or beer, coffee or tea and all taxes
and gratuities. Cash bar is usually also available. We schedule at events at many
restaurants with different price ranges.
What is the dress code for events?
There is no required dress code. Most members dress in business casual and if a
specific dress code is recommended or required by the restaurant it is noted with the
event posting.
Is membership information shared with others?
No. Membership lists are never sold or provided to anyone. If you wish to contact
another member of the group and do not have contact information, we will gladly pass
on your request to that member. No member's information is given to another without
permission.
Can I attend events if I am not a member?
Yes, for an additional fee of $10 you can attend an event if you are not a member. This
fee assists in covering our administrative costs.
What do I get for my membership?
Members pay cost only for events - whatever the restaurant charges us is what
members pay. Dues help cover our other costs. Members also receive advance email
notification of scheduled events. Some special events may be available to members
only.
